Instructions
1.Insert the PS2 memory card into the first memory card slot Playstation 2.
2. Turn on the Playstation2 with Action Replay Disk. Wait for the main menu to pop up on television screen. Select No (Press X Button)
3. Select menu Memory Card. (Press X Button)
4. Select My devices. Press Square Button to format.
5. Select Yes. (Press X Button)
6. Select OK (Press X Button)
7. Finish.
